Happy First Anniversary To Me!!!!!

It’s a year already? How time flies…. I joined Sunda International in December 2011 for my national service (I think I was just lucky, though I wanted to be outside Accra), God had his plan. During my service, I worked hard (am not praising myself; that’s what it is). Frankly, I had never heard about such an organization until my service. I had used that stretch of road several times but never noticed.

During my service, I enjoyed the experience; the opportunity to learn was manifested. The movement from one department to another was an extra ordinary feeling. From the onset, I felt I was being stressed but as time went I realized it was a way of bringing the best out of me. This month September, I celebrate a year with this company and in December I’ll be 2years. (That’s because after my service in August, I was retained to work with them). I must say the experience with Sunda has unearthed quiet a number of things in me. My confidence level has risen; I could MC so well, I have built on my skills in marketing and research, etc. Indeed the experience has been phenomenal.

Sometimes we feel we aren’t able to do some things yet the people we come into contact with expect much more from us because they believe in us. In one of our corporate programs at Sunda, my HR needed someone to host the programs; she called me and told me she believes in me and knows I could do all of that for the company. She had confidence in me. From the onset I was quiet nervous but I took up the challenge and it paid off.

Right now my role of managing some distributors has been challenging, since I’ll have to train the sales team of the distributors and cope with them in order to attain results. You know its not easy dealing with humans, especially when you have to disagree to agree. Nonetheless, I have a very collaborative team and I thank God for their lives…..

I owe all of this to God Almighty for how far he has brought me, to my family, you guys rock! You’ve always been there. To my friends who have being like family; Super Daddy Alexander, Tordia Astus, my sisters; Adjwaah, Naa Adjeley, Sammy, and all the others I haven’t mentioned you know yourselves. Am so grateful and I appreciate the love and care. God bless you all..

As I spend my first anniversary with Sunda, I look forward to spending a lot more years and gaining a lot more experience from this great company!

CHALE WOTE.....i was there some :-D

"Chale wote" was all about featuring creative works on street painting, side walk painting, graffiti murals, live music performances, a fashion circus, extreme sport stunting, experimental theatre, spoken word, art workshops. i must say it was a very successful event and i didn't make a mistake passing through on a Sunday after my lectures in school, since i had a very stressful weekend.
